What is your shipping policy?

Pre-Orders

A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship your order as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery within Australia usually takes 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.
  • Express shipping takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping is FREE for orders over $99.
  • We primarily use Australia Post for Australian deliveries.

Important Notes

  • Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date. For pre-orders, the dispatch date is approximate and shown on the product page.
  • During sales and peak periods, expect extended dispatch times.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within Australia.

How can I track my order?
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
  • Simply click the link in your dispatch email to follow your order's journey.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update your address.

Important: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Check your tracking information first
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost,

Contact us via email support@comfydura.com.au, we'll help resolve the issue.We'll work with you to either locate your package or arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

You can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery if you're not completely satisfied.

Items must be unused and in original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.

Items marked "Final Sale" or "No-Return" cannot be returned unless faulty.

How Could I start a return?

  1. Contact us via support@comfydura.com.au
  2. Check eligibility
  3. Pay return shipping(Deducted from your refund)
  4. Print your return label
  5. Pack your item
  6. Send it back
  7. Wait for processing

Please Note

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount is shown during the return process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot refund shipping charges.
  • If you return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply. The items you keep will be charged at the current sale price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items
  • Non-Returnable products
  • Items not in original condition

Note: Faulty items can always be returned.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to start a return after delivery.

How do I apply a discount code?
  1. Go to checkout
  2. Enter your code in the "Gift card or discount code" box
  3. Click Apply

Your discount will appear in the order summary before payment.

Why is my discount code not working?

Possible reasons include:

  • The code is product-specific
  • The code has expired
  • The code cannot be combined with other promotions

Note: Only one discount code can be used per order.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide on the product page.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

Your payment details are never stored and are only used to securely process your transaction.
