Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent via email once your order has been shipped. Check your inbox for an email titled "Your order has been shipped" or similar. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

When will tracking information appear?

Tracking information typically appears within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. If it's been longer than 24 hours and you still don't see any updates, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

AUS Express: 2–3 Business Days

AUS Standard: 3–6 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

My tracking hasn't updated in days

Sometimes tracking information may not update for a few days, especially during transit between facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact us immediately. Once shipped, address changes must be made through Australia Post directly using your tracking number.
